400g of diced Chicken Breast
3 table spoons of Coconut Milk

Method

Start by placing 1 Jar of Nora's Lime Curry Paste directly into the saucepan.
Stir the paste until its aromatic essence is released. Introduce your chicken into the mixture, ensuring a thorough blend.
Add the coconut milk, adjusting the seasoning with salt to taste or chicken stock and cover.

Allow to cook until the chicken reaches a tender perfection. This method guarantees a flavourful and succulent outcome that will delight your taste buds.

Tips
​
If the sauce is too thick, add a touch of water if you prefer more sauce in your curry.
Add in coconut milk at the end of your cooking.
