VEGAN RENDANG

Ingredients

1 Jar of Nora's Homemade Rendang Curry Paste

Tofu or Vegetables

4 table spoon of kerisik (roasted coconut)** 

5 Table Spoons of coconut milk 

Salt

Method

Slice the tofu or vegetables and shallow pan-fry until golden brown. Set aside.

In a saucepan, heat Nora's rendang curry paste until aromatic. Add a splash of water, the coconut milk, roasted coconut (kerisik), and salt to taste.

Incorporate the pan-fried tofu or vegetables into the curry mixture, ensuring it is well-coated.

Cover with a lid and simmer for 5 minutes.

Adjust the sauce consistency by adding water gradually if you desire more sauce.

Serve the tofu/vegetable rendang over rice.
