1 Jar of Nora's Homemade Rendang Curry Paste
4 Chicken Breasts (season with Turmeric Powder, Cumin, Coriander)
185ml of coconut milk
3 tbsp of roasted coconut (kerisik)**
Salt to taste

Method
​
Start by placing 1 Jar of Nora's Rendang Curry Paste directly into the saucepan.
Stir the paste until its aromatic essence is released. Introduce your chicken into the mixture, ensuring a thorough blend.
Add the coconut milk, adjusting the seasoning with salt to taste or chicken stock.
Enhance the richness by adding the roasted coconut (kerisik).
Introduce a small amount of water, stir and then cover with a lid.

Allow to cook until the chicken reaches a tender perfection. This method guarantees a flavourful and succulent outcome that will delight your taste buds.
